Moe’s Southwest Grill

Moe’s Southwest Grill is an Atlanta-founded fast-casual restaurant brand known for its bold flavors, Southwest-inspired menu, and fun personality. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I supported five Moe’s locations in Arkansas by managing their social media presence and creating digital marketing materials to help maintain customer engagement during a challenging time for restaurants.

My role included developing content calendars, creating social media graphics and promotional flyers, and identifying opportunities to increase engagement and keep customers informed about ordering options, promotions, and updates. The content was designed to align with Moe’s playful brand personality while supporting local franchise marketing efforts.

Through consistent social media management and targeted promotional content, the locations were able to strengthen their digital presence and continue connecting with their communities.
